We are delighted to welcome everyone to the Adrigole GAA Festival Weekend
Proceedings kickoff Thursday 1st August with our Monster Underage Football Blitz, followed by our Junior Bs in action against Bantry in the Jason O'Shea memorial match. A Céilí and barn dance round off the night.
Friday we start at 6.30pm with the Aidan Cremin Memorial 7-a-side men's football tournament which will conclude with the final scheduled at 9:30pm. Music til late by Brian Hennessey follows.
Saturday, for our early birds there is a beautiful loop walk around Glenlough leaving the pitch at 9am. Outdoor Yoga with Nora de Barra is at noon. Rounders at 12:30pm. Our MOWI sponsored Wild Atlantic Tag and the 5 mile run commence registration at 1:30pm. Our Ladies Blitz takes centre stage at 5pm with music by DJ Zo Zo to follow and Counterfeit playing until late.
Sunday is our Family Fun day with proceedings kicking off at 1:30pm. Events on the day include Family Fit Dance, Sheep Racing, Superstar Team Challenge, Dogs on the catwalk, Underage Olympics, Duck Race Grand Final, Puc Fada, Egg cracking competition and the debut of the extension cable duel. Music by the Great Shakes rounds off the weekend.
